Visitor and order data

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and purchase details. This information is used solely to fulfil your order and is shared with the following third parties for that purpose only:

Squarespace, our e-commerce platform: squarespace.com/privacy

Gelato, our print production and shipping partner: gelato.com/legal/privacy

Stripe, our payment processor: stripe.com/privacy

During checkout, the site may use the Google Places API to autocomplete your address. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to complete your order.

Return policy

All prints are produced on demand and individually made to order. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

As prints are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact christian@ces.as immediately with your order details and photographs where applicable. In such cases the print will be replaced or refunded depending on the circumstances.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact christian@ces.as to make a request.
